Today Mr.Case brought his baby boy who just turned one year old!!!! Oh my god he was such a cute baby!!! Well even though it was kind of like "baby day" we still had to take that Microsoft word test that was postponed!!! I think i did good on that test except there was one part of it where we had to label these features we see on a Microsoft page and think i messed up on that!! Other then that part the test was okay.

Today the test was cancelled and has been postponed until friday...the last day of school before the holidays!!! Well theres not much to say right now so I'll come back when if i remember something important.

Today we Mr.Case taught us the feature of "mail merge." He talked about how it saves time beacuse if you want to send smeothing to many poeple you can use this with out having to retype the same thing for each person like for exmaople a think you letter. The way you do this is first you choose the type of document you want, so in this case a letter. Then you have to creat new data and depening on what type of letter you are sending, you make your own fields. After that you have to save your data. When you do that, you can edit the information, typing in all the poeples names and all the other things you want. Afterwards when you creat a form which is sort of like a template for your inforamtion and then you are ready to make the letters. Fianlly step 3 is when you merge everything. When its merge you will have the amount of letters you want with the amount of people you had will come with the form already filled out for you just how you wanted it!!!

I finished doing my first tutorial. The tutorial is about the Microsft word, "Symbole" feature. Since the feature I did is a basic feature, I now have to find an adanced feature and do another tutorial about that.

For the project of making our own prodcasts were going to be making two. One of them, the topic is optional so you can do it on what ever you want. The other one we have to do it on our BTT course. Me and Elaine are partners and our project is due on January 26.

The whole class has also been offered an additional project and we all want to take part of it. The project is about doing Microsoft word tutorials. Each student has to write a page or two on how to do something in Microsoft Word. I hope we'll be able to get this done!!
