This article talk about how to have a healthier Halloween. Meaning that instead of going trick-or-treating and then coming home and eating everything you got you should have candy but in a more healthy way. This site recommends 4 ways for eating healthier, when you get so much Halloween candy. These 4 ways are:

1) Instead of going around everywhere and getting candy from all over the place, decide which houses you will stop at and only get a few pieces of candy. Then come home and watch a movie with your friends.


2) Have a schedule. For example on the first night you might choose to eat 5 pieces of candy on Halloween and then one piece a day after it's all gone.


3) Separate you candy into three piles, the ones you really like, sort of like and don’t really care. Then give away the piles except for the one you really like.


4) You can make your own healthy recipes with your friend.


5) trick-or-treat for charity this year. When you collect candy, instead of eating it yourself donate it to an organization like The United Nations Children's Fund, or UNICEF.
